Biography

Born on August 1, 1977 in Salekhard (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug).

2001-2010: Work at Uralsvyazinform

Alexander Albychev began his professional career in 2001 as an engineer in the Yamalo-Nenets branch of telecommunications Uralsvyazinform (Salekhard). From 2006 to 2008, he served as chief engineer of the Novourengoy Territorial Telecommunication Center Uralsvyazinform (Novy Urengoy).

In April 2010, Alexander Albychev was appointed director of the informatization department of the Tyumen region. He worked in the team of Oleg Zaruba.
