Biography

Born on August 1, 1977 in Salekhard (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug).

2001-2010: Work at Uralsvyazinform

Alexander Albychev began his professional career in 2001 as an engineer in the Yamalo-Nenets branch of telecommunications Uralsvyazinform (Salekhard). Appointment
