2023: Ability to develop and run employee training courses

You can now develop and run training courses for employees in Kontur.Class. SKB Kontur announced this on June 10, 2023.

The online learning platform allows you to quickly create curricula using a designer, evaluate the progress of each student, conduct webinars and trainings.

The class was created in Kontur in 2020. The tools of the first version of the service helped teachers quickly check the homework of schoolchildren. The program was appreciated by teachers from more than 150 educational institutions in the country.

The developers have seen that interest in EdTech solutions is growing, so they have significantly expanded the capabilities of the service. Now Kontur.Class is a whole platform for corporate online training and launching author's courses. The service allows you to create programs with different types of content and receive reports on the execution of tasks online.

The platform has a built-in course designer - with this tool you can quickly fill the curriculum with tasks of the desired format. For example, a dialog simulator allows you to learn new words in an interactive form, work out scripts for dialogs and scripts. The tool is suitable for training students of language courses, specialists of service and selling departments.

The project team plans to set up seamless integration with the Contour. For video meetings and conferences, automate the receipt of payment for courses, expand analytics about the passage of programs, and implement a code auto-check module that will allow you to create tasks for IT specialists.

2021: Launch of the Kontur. Class service

On August 24, 2021, SKB Kontur announced the launch of a service for organizing online education in schools. Kontur. Class "is designed to facilitate the organization of both full-time and distance learning, reduce the burden on teachers and increase the performance of students.

The service consists of two modules. So, the photo application simplifies the remote check of homework. The student photographs home or classroom work with a smartphone, and smart algorithms automatically sort the received solutions by class and send them to the teacher. The teacher will be able to comment and even draw an explanation, highlight errors, return the task for revision or put an assessment. The mobile notification system will remind the student of the task, and the internal diary will retain all marks.

In turn, the video communication module "Kontur. Tolk" will help organize online classes and control the situation in the lesson. The developers paid attention to the quality of communication: "Tolk" adjusts to the width of the Internet connection channel - this is important for schools where there are restrictions on Wi-Fi speed.

Another Kontur. Class "will preserve the history of interaction between students and teachers. Performance reports are formed according to several criteria: attendance, activity in the lesson, compliance with the deadlines. This will help the teacher and school administration monitor progress and plan work.

Kontur. Klass was developed with the active assistance of the pedagogical community. Due to the pandemic, teachers had to quickly master many services for the transition to distance learning. At the same time, their functions were still not enough for productive work. Teachers complained that on existing platforms it is impossible to format texts, upload audio and video, launch an auto-check, there is no integration with an online diary. There are not enough convenient services for quickly creating training tasks, you have to sort and check homework received through mail or instant messengers for a long time. Kontur.Klass "is not only a response to the need for digital transformation of education, but also a solution to specific problems of teachers, - said Pavel Skripnichenko, head of the Kontur.Klass project.

During the school year, several more important functions for participants in the educational process will appear on the platform:

According to the plans of SKB Kontur, in the future the service will be replenished with the ability to compile lists of absent people, record and save video lessons, display the screen, set a performance timer and use a virtual board.
