Biography

Born February 25, 1984 in Perm.

In 2006 he graduated from Perm State Technical University with a degree in Automated Information Processing and Management Systems.

In 2004-2019 worked in various positions in commercial companies state and in bodies.

2019: First Deputy Minister of Information Development and Communications of Perm Territory

From 2019 to 2020 - First Deputy Minister of Information Development and Communications of the Perm Territory.

2020: Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation

In 2020, he was appointed Director of the Department of Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The Department performs the functions of the Ministry for the formation and implementation of the concept of digital transformation, assessing the feasibility of introducing innovative digital tools into the activities of the Ministry, and ensures information security.

Within the framework of its activities, the Department implements the following functions:

  • the formation of a single IT landscape of the ministry;
  • formation and implementation of the departmental program of digital transformation of the ministry;
  • methodical support of information protection activities and organization of work on monitoring the effectiveness of measures taken and measures taken;
  • implementation of the ministry's IT projects;
  • supporting the ministry's IT infrastructure.
