Anxiety Survey Platform

On April 15, 2022, the Russian developer of HR-Tech solutions TalentTech announced that it had created an anxiety study on its own platform, Polls. Now managers and HR specialists have a tool for general diagnosis of the situation in the company. The data obtained from the anxiety survey will help support the team and find out the general condition of employees.

This is what analytics looks like on one of the questions on the TalentTech Polls platform

On the TalentTech Polls platform, you can conduct an anxiety study of several levels:

  • General diagnosis of the situation. This is an anonymous survey of 15-20 already formulated questions on hot topics, which will help diagnose the state of employees and what areas concern them. Using surveys in this block, HR specialists and managers will understand whether employees consider the company stable, whether they are thinking about moving or changing jobs.
  • Regular survey on the status of employees in progress. An anonymous survey of 3-4 questions, which is carried out with the frequency required by HR specialists: daily, twice a week, weekly. Conducting such a survey will help keep your finger on the pulse on a regular basis.

The survey in dynamics will show how the mood of employees changes, whether they manage to be productive in the current situation, what happened good in the team, what successes everyone has.

" During a period of turbulence, it is important to build communication with your team. Lack of information generates myths and fears, unnecessary stress and reduced productivity. That is why it is important for HR professionals and managers to understand the state of employees in real time. A ready-made anxiety study on the TalentTech platform will quickly find out what condition employees are in and what areas they are concerned about, how confident they are in the stability of the company, whether they are thinking about moving or changing jobs, what support they expect from managers and the company. The data obtained will give HR specialists information for corrective actions and help managers in planning further strategic steps, "-

comments Marina Buldovskaya, head of the Polls module of the TalentTech HCM platform.

How the survey goes:

TalentTech connects the organizational structure of the company so that in the future HR and managers have the opportunity to view the results for each team. Then the employees receive a link to the poll  by mail or in the corporate messenger. Employees pass it on any device - PC , tablet or smartphone. Immediately after the survey, HR and managers in their personal account will have access to an anxiety analyst .

Features of anxiety surveys on the TalentTech Polls platform:

  • All questions on key blocks are already ready. There are no random or unnecessary ones - all of them are methodologically verified and work exactly for the result.
  • Survey data will be available in a convenient format on the analytical dashboard.
  • Polling is available from any device.

Analysis of open comments in HR studies by neural network

On April 8, 2022, TalentTech, the developer of HRTech solutions, announced the introduction of a neural network that analyzes open comments in HR studies on the TalentTech Polls platform. Now managers and HR specialists can create and conduct surveys online and receive deep analysis of the results, including the analysis of text comments of respondents. The use of artificial intelligence in the analysis of open comments guarantees the processing of 100% of responses, increases the objectivity of the analysis of research results.

Artificial intelligence saves time reading and analyzing open responses, generates detailed results analytics, and provides HRs and managers with unbiased additional data to the results of the HR study.

When undergoing engagement research on the TalentTech Surveys platform, employees provide detailed feedback in the comments. Artificial intelligence groups textual responses by topic. A trained neural network breaks down comments into 86 topics, for example, 'Wages', 'Company Culture', 'Collective'. The peculiarity is that the ML model is deeply trained, therefore it is able to determine the topic of the comment, even if the phrases are reformulated or refer to the topic indirectly. Also, the neural network determines the tone of the left comment on the principle of'positive', 'neutral', 'negative'. The system then counts the number of positive, negative, and neutral comments and provides a general structure of responses.

When analyzing open comments, the ML model takes into account: HR-specific, professional terminology, the base of responses of employees of Russian companies in engagement surveys, specific topics depending on the company's industry, abbreviations and corporate slang, and also defines and correctly interprets typos and errors.

Analytics of open comments on engagement surveys by topic and tone are available in the form of charts in the personal account on the TalentTech Surveys platform along with the results of the study. Also, in your personal account, it is possible to sort the results, for example, show data on the required topic or a certain key.

'Every manager wants to understand in detail how engaged, loyal and satisfied employees are with the company. This is helped by engagement studies, in which open comments from employees become an important part of the analysis of results, where they speak out on the most important topics for them. Previously, reading and subsequent analysis of such comments could take from 7 (for small companies) to 281 working days (for companies about 10 thousand employees), which minimized the value of processing these comments. Artificial intelligence processes and analyzes even a very large amount of data in a few minutes, and the final dashboards allow you to quickly create an idea of your employees' attitude to the company and their work.

2021: Presentation of the "TalentTech Polls" module

TalentTech, a developer of HRtech solutions, presented a module of its HCM platform, TalentTech Polls, on September 13, 2021. This is a single platform for creating and managing all HR research in the company.

The module enables you to regularly receive feedback from employees, monitor their satisfaction metrics, and make timely decisions aimed at increasing team engagement and productivity. Companies will be able to run surveys using ready-made methodologies, create their own forms in the survey designer, plan regular studies and use built-in analytics. Built-in smart tips will help the manager get acquainted with the results of the study, understand the current situation through personal conclusions and determine priority areas of work.

Survey Analytics from Designer

So, with the help of "TalentTech Polls" of the company in the "one window" mode can:

  • launch HR studies with verified questions, in the preparation of which experienced methodologists and sociologists participated. These studies provide deep analytics on aggregated metrics from HR experts, as well as a system of conclusions from research results and hints that help to build the process using the results obtained. The survey store presents research for different tasks: well-being surveys, employee engagement surveys, the quality of remote work, the level of engaging leadership, etc.
  • Create your own survey forms using the Survey Designer. You can either collect a form from ready-made questions, or formulate your own questions. The tool was created in such a way that already in the process of preparing the survey, the HR specialist sees what the final form is and how it responds to the actions of respondents. You can explain questions and group them by meaning using text blocks and images.
  • Use company-specific templates. This is especially useful if the created survey is planned to be launched on a regular basis and throughout the company.

Poll Shop

TalentTech's solution also supports smart tips. They will help prepare employees for the survey, correctly interpret the results and adjust the frequency of studies.

TalentTech Surveys helps involve employees in the survey. For this, specially designed communication materials are used - posters, backgrounds and screensavers. The value and importance of passing the survey is broadcast in the e-mail newsletter and on the survey start page, as well as using a smart reminder system.

Kanban board

For the convenience of planning the optimal start and end date of the study, the company can use:

  • kanban board, where you can clearly present the number of studies and status for each - "waiting for launch," "launched," "completed" - and quickly manage the process.
  • a polling graph that, at startup, can trace how the poll being created intersects in time with other polls.

In order to make the most effective decisions based on the obtained data, the company can apply a database of proven world practices for working with personnel. As of September 2021, it contains more than 100 engagement tips used by companies from various industries around the world. The company can also independently upload its practices to the system and exchange experiences inside to broadcast successful solutions.

The need for regular surveys is present at all stages of the Employee Journey Map. With their help, the company can identify blockers of efficient operation in time and quickly scale best practices. The results of such studies are important for recruiters, and for all HR specialists - from T&D to intra-committee, and direct team leaders. Conducting regular questions creates a culture of continuous feedback within the company, increases employee loyalty, and improves their involvement. The TalentTech service allows you to conduct surveys of any complexity without long-term preparation in a single window, including engagement studies and a 360 ° rating, and the most important thing is to get an analysis for each study and use a specially developed database of survey methodologies. Using the platform will help quickly identify key aspects that will increase team performance and engagement, "said Marina Buldovskaya, head of the TalentTech Polls HCM platform module.

Immediately after the study, the user gets access to a report with employee responses and detailed analytics, as well as the ability to track the dynamics of results, compare data and assess how changes in the company affect employee engagement and happiness. The report can be studied both internally and uploaded in XLS, PPT or PDF format.
