Mikhail Rogalsky, co-founder of  the Fintech Band (developing monobank  and British  Koto), in turn, noted that the experience of Expirenza was needed without a bank to develop the function of paying for orders in restaurants using QR codes - Shake to Pay, introduced in March 2021.

Co-founder of monobank Oleg Gorokhovsky in his Telegram channel said that as a result of the transaction, a single QR code for restaurants will be launched - reviews, menus, payment and tips. The new name of the service is Expirenza by mono.

The deal took place during a difficult period for the Expirenza business. Around the beginning of 2021, the company began to lose market positions due to the fact that new players appeared on the market offering a larger range of services, says Alex Ilyash, co-founder of the Choice QR menu service.[1]
