The implementation project of the automated control system for document flow (ACSDF) based on LanDocs software in JSC URSA Bank was begun in August, 2005. The project was executed by specialists of Siberian Project Company LLC (Novosibirsk) with assistance of LANIT company.
In commercial operation a system was introduced in April, 2006.
During further development:
- the list of the documents processed in ASUD is expanded;
- divisions of bank in Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk, Irkutsk and other cities of Russia and also abroad are connected to a system.
All users of bank receive the documents addressed to them by e-mail for acquaintance. At business process automation for the organization of the movement of documents in ASUD on previously configured route charts the module LanDocs was used: ROUTING.
Use of the EDS (kriptpoprovayder of Crypto Pro) gives the legal importance to documents within all bank.
Now ASUD works in the mode of commercial operation. Users of a system are more than 2,000 employees of the bank.
