Biography

Born January 2, 1959 in the village. Gonikhino, Tatar district of the Novosibirsk region.

In 1977-1979 served in the Border Troops of the KGB of the USSR.

In 1984 he graduated from the Saratov Economic Institute with a degree in Finance and Credit, qualification - economist.

1983: Balakovo NPP

In 1983-2002 worked for Balakovo nuclear power plant (Balakovskaya) NPP as an engineer for labor and wages, senior economist, deputy head of the planning and economic department, deputy chief accountant, head of the financial department, deputy director of nuclear power plants for economics and finance.

2002: Rosenergoatom Concern

In 2002-2009 worked at the Rosenergoatom Concern as the head of the Finance Department.
