Technology center Microsoft (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager)

In July, 2010 the IT company set own development – a management system for licenses in the Technology center Microsoft (MTC). The software solution created on the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager platform allows to optimize costs, to reduce legal and financial risks. Customers of IT will be able to estimate all advantages of a system both in the territory of MTC, and by means of remote access.

Information infrastructure of the company often is separate and, as a rule, the larger the enterprise, the more means from the budget are spent for program assets. Such purchases mostly are decentralized therefore it becomes very difficult to consider and control efficiency of the licensed software.

In the solution of IT the full range of functions for automation of accounting of licenses is implemented. Systems capabilities allow to carry out inventory of software, to create and support base of the necessary accompanying documentation, including agreements, accounts, acts in current status, to make accounting of the existing licenses, to provide the report on analysis results of the available assets.

The technology center Microsoft was open in the fall of 2009 and represents the demonstration platform for the presentation of solutions of vendor and its partners. So, for example, in MTS it is possible to see how products of Microsoft of a line Microsoft System Center which allowing to manage in a complex all IT infrastructure, and in particular the product Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager which became the platform for the solution of IT work. It should be noted that the management system for licenses developed by IT company helps to solve a number of the relevant problems necessary for control of use of program company assets, and considerably expands functionality of Microsoft Configuration Manager from centralized operation with configurations of servers and workstations to management of a set of software tools and observance of conditions of the corresponding license agreements used in the company. Therefore the Microsoft company also gave to IT a unique opportunity – to place own development in MTS.
