RusGazDobycha

RusGazDobycha (JSC) was established in 2012 as part of a partnership agreement with National Chemical Group, one of the leading mineral fertilizers on the Russian market.

JSC RusGazDobycha is a vertically integrated company in the Russian gas market, created with the aim of developing gas projects in Russia, including production, transportation and processing. The company's mission is to build a complete chain of gas value creation on the territory of the Russian Federation: from drilling a well to delivering gas processing products to end users.

The company's goal is to provide economically profitable gas production to increase the efficiency and reduce the cost of mineral fertilizers produced by CJSC National Chemical Group, as well as other products of gas chemical production.

The history of the company's development

• March 2019 - JSC RusGazDobycha and PJSC Gazprom at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the joint venture LLC RusChemAlliance made a final investment decision on the implementation of the project to create a gas processing plant for the processing of ethane-containing gas and the production of liquefied natural gas
• May 2017 - CJSC RusGazDobycha and PJSC Gazprom signed a Memorandum of Intent to implement projects for the development of gas chemical production
• April 2017 - registration of LLC RusGazAlliance (joint venture between PJSC Gazprom and CJSC RusGazDobycha), the beginning of the active phase of the project
• September 2016 - An agreement was signed at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) with PJSC Gazprom on the creation of a joint venture LLC RusGazAlliance with the aim of developing 3 fields in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug
• June 2016 - The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) signed an agreement with PJSC Gazprom on the development of 3 fields in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug
• 2013-2016 - evaluation of potential assets - gas fields
• July 2013 - signing of a memorandum of understanding with PJSC Gazprom

2025: Purchase of HMS Neftemash

On August 20, 2025, it became known that RusGazDobycha (part of the National Gas Group) was buying HMS Neftemash JSC and Hydromashservice JSC. The last two companies were part of the HMS Group (one of the largest manufacturers of pumping and compressor equipment for the oil and gas complex in Russia and the CIS), which, in turn, belongs to HMS Holding JSC (its parent company was Cyprus H.M.S.
