On October 28, 2021, SAP CIS announced that the VinLab beverage supermarket chain will implement cloud solutions from the Customer Experience portfolio: SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Customer Data Cloud to support the company's active growth.

Vinlab is actively developing e-commerce; by the end of 2021, the company expects to achieve an indicator of 390 thousand orders, in 2022. process 750 thousand orders already, and after another year - more than 1 million. It is planned to bring the minimum monthly traffic of the online store to 1.5 million visitors. Vinlab also plans to actively develop client services - a loyalty system so that customers can receive personalized offers and prices. The implementation of such large-scale plans requires a reliable infrastructure both for the e-commerce channel and for maintaining processes in general. The choice was made in favor of SAP cloud technologies from the Customer Experience portfolio, which will allow Winlab to realize ambitious business goals, including in terms of opening offline stores. So, by the end of 2021 it is planned to bring the number of stores to 900, next year - to 1.5 thousand, and in 2023. Vinlab expects to have 2.5 thousand stores in the network throughout Russia. In 2022. the company plans to issue at least 55 thousand orders per month. This robust growth involves a major investment in IT infrastructure. Cloud-based solutions are designed to significantly reduce maintenance costs, reduce implementation times, and make the IT landscape transparent and accessible from a service point of view, which was also an important factor for the company.
