2018: Application launch
On May 17, 2018 the SAP SE company announced release of SAP application of Customer DataCloud solutions from Gigya using data models, based on information collected with the consent of clients. The solution helps the companies to develop trusted relationships with customers and provides control over use of their personal data.
SAP Customer Data Cloud includes modules of identification, consent to data processing and creations of the personalized offers for clients of SAP. Thanks to this application clients receive big transparency and control over use of personal data.
In modern conditions of the company are obliged to follow the local and regional rules maintaining confidentiality of data, including the general regulations on data protection (GDPR), and SAP Customer Data Cloud, according to the developer, is a set of cloud solutions which will help to make it possible, having integrated the front office and a back office.
