From 2025, all SBIS services will operate under the name Saby. SBIS is the main product of Tensor, which has been in history since 1998. Saby can be adapted without programming to its own brand book and corporate identity - replace the logo, fonts, background, buttons. You can also brand electronic documents, order widgets, guest Wi-Fi, etc.

In Saby, using the designer, you can configure the business process of moving documents and their printed forms, make a site and even a mobile application for customers and employees.

One of the key and implemented details of rebranding is Saby GPT and AI integration, which includes a set of technologies for solving real business problems - recognizing the requirements of the Federal Tax Service, documents, voicing messages from the chat, analyzing manager calls, generating responses to reviews, creating descriptions of goods and many others.

In addition, Tensor is actively scaling the exosystem to international markets. However, the old product name causes pronunciation difficulties for partners.

The use of tokens and smart cards Rutoken EDS 3.0 NFC for generating an electronic signature has become possible in mobile SBIS applications. The compatibility of the products of Aktiv (Rutoken) and Tensor (SBIS) is proof that users receive a comprehensive tool for working with electronic documents. This was announced by "Asset" on June 3, 2024.

The use of active key media of the Rutoken EDS 3.0 line in the SBIS mobile application for iOS and Android platforms makes it convenient to work with documents on mobile devices and makes it possible to sign them with an electronic signature (including a qualified one) on unrecoverable keys inside Rutoken, which was previously possible only on a computer or laptop.

At the same time, signing documents with an electronic signature on mobile devices using tokens and smart cards Rutoken EDS 3.0 NFC takes place as easily and quickly as paying with a smartphone or payment sticker at the checkout in the store.

Key media of electronic signature with NFC can be applied in any area, including when employees are outside the office: on the road or on a business trip. This is a universal, fast, safe and convenient way to confirm transactions and sign documents.

According to information for October 2021, SBIS users can create and edit documents directly in the system without additional programs or download them from their system. Customers will receive an invoice, certificate, invoice in one click without fiddling with couriers and mail. They will be able to sign them on any device: computer, phone, tablet.

SBIS supports the exchange of all types of electronic documents, including:

Working with suppliers

SBIS will collect documents from suppliers and send them for signature to responsible managers. If the documents require prior approval, it is also easy to configure in the visual SBIS route editor.

SBIS combined legally significant document management and EDI. The system itself matches the item with the vendor - the user will avoid manual entry errors and will be able to generate orders automatically.

Roaming with all operators

It doesn't matter what system E-DOCUMENT FLOW the counterparty uses. In SBIS, it is possible to exchange documents with all systems equally quickly and reliably.

If the counterparty does not have an operator at all, SBIS will deliver electronic documents by e-mail: everyone has mail. The counterparty will receive a letter with a special protected link to the documents. To sign them to the counterparty, only EP is needed.

For 1C and SAP, ready-made connectors have been developed, for other programs - API and other integration options. Thanks to them, EDO is quickly and painlessly integrated into the existing business processes of the organization.

The SBIS checks the format of each document for compliance with the requirements FTS and reconciles invoices. The client can be sure that the figures in the purchase/sales book coincide with the counterparty's data, and additional charges VAT will not occur.
