On November 16, 2021, the company NIPIGAZ"" announced that it had developed a "Comprehensive  Dispatching and Modeling System transport-logistic Megaproject Flows," which allows you to increase the flexibility of operations and create a single control function. logistics

The system allows you to manage and distribute transport and logistics flows on the automobile and railway infrastructure of projects, as well as monitor and manage river navigation.  The system is able to simulate the transport situation in real time, taking into account all kinds of infrastructure restrictions and events that potentially arise on the way.

The location  of vehicles is determined by means data of trackers coming from  GPSGLONASS on-board/-trackers. Visual diagrams of the internal and external perimeters of construction the sites are updated in real time: indicating the places of installation of road signs and their types, places, ROAD ACCIDENT road repairs, closures and other changes.

The ability to work with a digital "copy" of all roads, as well as road infrastructure, allows you to effectively manage traffic, as well as predict congestion in the short and medium term and calculate the forecast dates for the supply of various equipment to construction sites using modeling functionality.

In order to regulate the traffic load at checkpoints and access roads, as well as to more quickly control the loading of the internal perimeter , the system receives data from cameras  located on access roads and checkpoints with    functional recognition of registration numbers for analysis and further processing  in the system.

To increase the efficiency of delivery and distribution of goods to storage areas,  the system combines all data in a single analytical base with a forecast of the arrival of goods, as well as with the possibility of planning the unloading time at storage sites, which allows you to optimize the operation of warehouses and prepare the necessary equipment in advance.

The ability to analyze  the data obtained in the system allows you to efficiently calculate the real amount of work performed by each unit of equipment on site and evaluate the work of contractors using vehicles in their work on the project.

The system involves the use of mobile devices for the possibility of field work: technical inspection of vehicles, inspection of roads and designation of problem areas. This allows you to significantly reduce the labor costs of transport infrastructure employees for routine operations, and also simplifies informing all interested parties about possible restrictions in logistics on projects related to site work.

The system reduces the risk of disruption of supplies to the construction site, accidents during transportation and potential accidents. The solution also allows you to prevent the creation of excessive load on the transport infrastructure, simple transport under unloading, untimely delivery of personnel to the construction site and much more.
