Inclusion in the register of domestic software

The developer announced this on December 28, 2021. The registration in the register No. 12395 of 27.12.2021 was made on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation dated 27.12.2021 according to the protocol of the meeting of the expert council dated 21.12.2021 No. 1691pr.

On November 24, 2021, ALMIS announced that it plans to launch the ALMI Project Server project management system in the first half of 2022, an analogue of the Microsoft Project.

According to the company, a domestic solution using the Kanban methodology in its approach, with the ability to control KPIs, a visual representation of the status of the project and modules for organizing meetings on projects. The solution has a multi-level access system and subordination of tasks, and allows you to receive up-to-date information on projects in a timely manner, creating an environment for work and management decisions. The system runs on all widespread operating systems: Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android.

Using ALMI Project Server, your organization's employees can interact with each other at a more productive level, manage workflows, find, organize, and store the information they need. The system allows you to jointly manage projects of any complexity, including planning and managing tasks, planning meetings, implementing projects, distributing tasks between different departments and performers, and organizing the joint work of all employees to solve tasks.

ALMI Project Server consists of modules such as: Dashboard, which collects all information on projects and forms a summary sheet on them, displaying analytical data in the form of a pie chart displaying the status of current projects and a bar chart tracking statistics on completed and expired projects; "Board," which renders basic information on all active projects and their tasks, and the current status of their execution; "Report," which collects information from other modules and generates reports for the user; "KPI," which contains a list of all projects and displays the current and planned KPI indicators of each project, as well as "Projects," "Financing," "Planning," "Meetings," "Help" and a personal page that displays a complete list of activities of responsible employees, as well as reference information and information about the development company.
