2023: Creation of a single IT landscape of the parent organization and subsidiaries
On May 4, 2023, 1C-Rarus announced the implementation of a set of projects to create a single IT landscape for the parent organization and subsidiaries of Absolut Legal LLC. On the basis of 1C: Holding Management, reporting on 10 legal persons of the company is automated. The implementation of 1C: Document Flow made it possible to optimize the relationships between related divisions of the company and eliminate duplication of employee functions.
As reported, Absolut Legal is engaged in the construction and maintenance of stations and other facilities of the Russian Railways. As of May 2023, the Absolute Legal structure includes 10 companies between which objects and types of work are distributed:
- construction, installation, commissioning;
- maintenance of facilities;
- supply and storage of commodity valuables.
Prior to the launch of the digital transformation, consolidated management statements were formed in spreadsheets. Data for reports was collected manually from subsidiaries, labor costs increased, errors appeared. Each time the preparation of a management report turned into a growing number of problems. The lack of electronic document management made it difficult for the parent and subsidiaries to interact, complex coordination procedures hindered the launch of joint facilities.
The goal of launching a project to create an IT landscape based on the 1C ecosystem was to reduce labor costs for the preparation of management reporting and optimize the coordination processes of contractual documentation.
Results of the implementation project "1C: Holding Management 8":
- Normalization of the regulated accounting data was carried out in accordance with the target structure of the management accounting NSI.
- You have set up to automatically receive the necessary accounting and tax accounting data from 1C: Accounting 8 CORP, and load the plan data from spreadsheets.
- The reports reduced the number of errors related to the human factor.
- It became possible to decrypt the report amounts to specific transactions directly in "1C: Holding Management 8" without switching to third-party systems.
- Data from different periods became available in one report: the current period plan, the fact of the previous period , and the fact of the current period.
- At least 3 times reduced labor costs for the preparation of management reporting.
Results of the implementation project "1C: KORP Document Management":
- A unified database for storing and recording documents has been created. The procedure for receiving, registering and reviewing incoming and outgoing documentation is regulated.
- The speed of preparation of documentation for different objects has been increased due to the configuration of routing of contract processing and automatic control of the availability of supporting documentation.
- Agreed and signed contracts are uploaded to the 1C: Accounting 8 program with automatic connection between objects.
- A multi-level contract document chain accounting and processing system has been created.
- The coordination and receipt of resolutions was optimized. The speed of agreeing invoices has increased 2 times.
- The incoming claims process has been optimized. Notifications are sent to the responsible persons and the process of analyzing the complaint and preparing a response is initiated.
- The control of orders has increased, during the execution of which the system "forces" to attach a report on the results. The introduction of the software product made it possible to discipline the work of users.
Automation of management accounting on the basis of 1C: Holding Management 8 made it possible to create a single financially economic division within the Management Company. Prompt receipt of accurate management reporting helps owners see a slice of the balance sheet structure, the profitability of the business and each of the 10 companies. The implementation of the project made it possible to optimize the number of employees of the financial and economic division, to obtain savings in the wage fund.
