2024: Transfer of Logistics Processes to "1C:ERP" and "1C: Trade Management"

The Company has completed a project to transfer logistics processes to 1C:ERP and 1C: Trade Management. The work was carried out by a joint team of TatITneft LLC, the Kazan office of 1C-Rarus and X-Igrek-Zet Automation LLC. As a result, the process of processing and transferring requests for material and technical resources has been optimized, warehouse processes have been automated, and related systems of the company have been integrated.
1C:ERP is central to the ecosystem of TATNEFT's software products. To reduce the load on the system, the project team divided the functionality related to the logistics processes (hereinafter referred to as logistics), and partially implemented it in 1C: Trade management. During the project, it was necessary to develop reference books and documents, reports and printed forms that meet the current business needs, integrate related systems and perform data migration.
Implementation made it possible to reduce development, development and maintenance costs, as well as facilitate integration with other solutions of the company. As a result of the transfer of functionality, it was possible to eliminate errors associated with closing periods, speed up accounting processes.
Project results:
- The system organizes a bid campaign, annual and operational planning of procurement of inventory; a competitive procedure is carried out in terms of materials required to organize the labor process. There are 500,000 items of items, 130 warehouses have been loaded. 1545 price lists were created, including a separate price list for TATNEFT Group's own products and a price list with balances in warehouses.
- To improve efficiency, 125 reports and printing plates were created in 1C:ERP and 1C: Trade Management, dashboards for data visualization are set up. Input and updating of reference information was automated, planned orders were calculated using the min/max method, and the process of calculating the average consumption of goods was automated. These measures made it possible to increase the efficiency of managerial decisions, optimize labor resources, and reduce manual labor.
- The process of processing and transferring requests for material and technical resources has been accelerated. The number of warehouse transactions has been optimized, thereby reducing the time and number of journal entries.
- Integration of 1C:ERP, 1C: Trade management, 1C: 1C:MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management Investment management and HR-systems is set up.
This functionality is used by 2030 employees consisting of 19 structural divisions, 118 controlled service, subsidiary and third-party organizations.

Project Description
In 2019, as part of its strategy for the development of information systems, TATNEFT initiated a program of projects to transfer current functionality from a foreign platform to Russian software products, which cover such processes as accounting and tax accounting, personnel accounting, financial management, procurement, and contracts.
For accounting and tax accounting, the configuration is:, 1CERP which is an integrated application solution and covers the main control and accounting loops in the production enterprise. It allows you to organize an information system that meets corporate, Russian and international standards and ensure the financial and economic activities of the Company.
During 2020 and the beginning of 2021, ten structural divisions of TATNEFT Company 1C:ERP transferred to the platform, in the areas power of -,,, transport- geological exploration IT block, underground well workover, research institute, scientifically technological development center, TATNEFT representative office in To Moscow TATNEFT-Dobycha, Business Service Center. In order to maximize the use of the standard functionality of the system, a number of methodological approaches were revised and changes were made to the Company's accounting policy.
The platform change in the subdivisions was carried out without loss of accounting quality, as well as in compliance with the deadlines for compiling and submitting reports of PJSC TATNEFT.
Within the framework of the project, the specialists of the Kazan office "1C-Rarus" implemented improvements to the blocks "Accounting for fixed assets and non-current assets," "Consolidated financial statements," which developed about 56 forms of the CFD, "Statistical reporting" - developed about 10 forms. In terms of the development of Tax Accounting, a functionality has been developed to reflect the amount of income and expenses for the purposes of the National Tax Service for the items of income and expenses for accounting for profits and losses of previous years. The "Final Reporting" block has been finalized. Developed AWS for automation of accounting and planning of PPE procurement. Integration solutions with related information systems are implemented.
Taking into account the positive experience and significant results, work continued to replicate the project in structural divisions and in a number of controlled organizations of TATNEFT Group.
During 2021-2022, the transfer of all structural divisions from the foreign system and a number of TATNEFT Group controlled organizations to a single 1C:ERP system was completed. In order to maximize the use of the standard system functionality, a number of methodological approaches have been revised and changes have been made to the Company's Accounting Policy. Accounting processes and forms of primary accounting documents are optimized and standardized. The platform change in the divisions was carried out without loss of accounting quality, as well as in compliance with the deadlines for the preparation and submission of reports. To improve the performance and stability of the system, an analysis of the performance of long-term operations 1C:ERP carried out and a number of mechanisms and reports were optimized. The 1C:ERP system is integrated with adjacent information systems. Work has been completed to upgrade the 1C:ERP configuration to the current version 2.5.7.390.
Currently, 4970 users work in the 1C:ERP system, including:
- the number of automated workplaces for the period 2019 - 2021 - 3400;
- the number of automated jobs for the period 2021-2022. - 1570.
