To implement the project, BFT specialists digitized the register of capital investments in the Nizhny Novgorod region, automated the entire process of submitting proposals for the formation of AIP from the managers of the state budget and automated the process of forming lists of OKV included in AIP.

The unification of all participants in the process and the possibility of constant control online at all stages - from the selection of objects to the completion of construction - is a necessary tool that solves an important task to achieve the maximum socio-economic effect, when all objects are erected on time and in full accordance with the law. Digital monitoring of capital investment facilities is integrated into financial planning and budget execution systems, which completely eliminates discrepancies in accounting data.
