2021: Increase in the number of visitors up to 300 thousand per day

By the end of 2021, the number of daily visitors to the personal account on the St. Petersburg Health portal increased to 300 thousand visitors per day. Up to 60 thousand people a day were enrolled for vaccination, which was 2 times higher than the figure for the summer months of 2021. This was announced by Netrika Medicine on January 18, 2022.

The statistics were influenced by the current epidemiological situation and the additional measures used by the government to combat coronavirus infection. In particular, this can explain the increased interest in recording for vaccination, which was not observed during the decline in incidence and until QR codes were introduced in many areas of everyday life.

The number of users of the personal account was not so high even in the second wave of the pandemic - in the fall of 2020, "said Andrei Gul, head of the product direction of Netrika Medicine (portal developer). - Then it was about 100 - 200 thousand people a day. And we are talking only about users of the patient's personal office. Citizens can also use electronic services without registering on the portal.

On dannymmeditsinsky information and analysis center of St. Petersburg (SPb MIAC), in 2021 the number of unique records via the portal on vaccination against COVID-19 grew to 696,593. This is about 50% of the total number of such records through remote sources: Unified Regional Information and Reference Service "122," EPSU, infomats, etc. At the same time, they recorded online much more often for a doctor's appointment in the same period - 6,554,575 times (74.98% of all sources).

We see how interest in the portal from the townspeople is constantly growing, "said Alexei Arkhipov, head of the Center for Electronic Health of St. Petersburg IAC. - For the convenience of users in due time, we provided that the site adapt to the size of the screen of the mobile device. So, if in 2020 there were more than 10 million views from smartphones and tablets, in 2021 - already more than 32 million. Moreover, in 2021, 75% of users chose the mobile version of the portal.

The Electronic Healthcare project has been implemented in St. Petersburg since 2018, and one of its main results is the launch of the St. Petersburg Health portal. The task was to create a single point of access to electronic services in the public sector, because it is compulsory medical insurance services that occupy more than 90% of the total amount of medical services in the city.

If initially the functionality of the site was reduced only to an appointment, now more than 25 services are available to citizens. Among them are "Laboratory Studies," "Electronic Medical Card," "Notifications," "Appeals" and much more. Services are actively used. For 9 months of 2021, 3.3 million people turned to the services of the portal. More than 1 million Petersburgers have registered and regularly enter their personal account.
