2024: Inclusion in the register of Russian software
The RozniTech digital solutions platform has entered the register of Russian software. The developer announced this on October 29, 2024.
RozniTech's platform helps retailers and brands manage pricing policies. One of the main modules of the service is responsible for offline price monitoring based on computer vision. It allows you to automatically process and compare data from price tags in competitors' stores with data from the platform user's product catalog. It is enough to take a photo of the price tag in the RozniTech application - the system itself recognizes the regular and promotional price, the name and category of the product, weight, digitizes and transfers data to the reporting interface.
The inclusion of RozniTech in the register of domestic software will allow Softline Digital to increase the number of potential customers and make the platform more attractive for companies with strict requirements for the Russian origin of digital solutions.

2023: RozniTech launch
Softline Digital (Softline Group of Companies) on December 27, 2023 announced the launch of a product for network retail RozniTech.
The RozniTech (formerly Retailix.Ai) solution, developed in 2022 as the minimum viable product (MVP), has reached a significant milestone, moving to a full market launch. The platform was created using IoT, Big Data and AI. Thanks to her, any business - including small and medium-sized - will be able to gain access to advanced digital technologies in the field of retail.
A feature of RozniTech is the presence of not only a web platform, but also a mobile application that gives customers the opportunity to effectively manage business processes directly in retail outlets.
For a year and a half of intensive development, the following key modules were implemented:
Personnel Task Book Module:
- provides managers with a powerful tool for appointing, tracking and managing personnel tasks;
- facilitates the distribution of tasks throughout the trading network, increases the transparency and efficiency of the team;
- Enables photo reporting to document and validate tasks, improving control and accountability.
Checklists module:
- helps to maintain quality standards and ensures consistent execution of tasks;
- automatically creates tasks, in case of negative passage of the checklist
Competitor Price Monitoring Module:
- Applies image recognition technologies to analyze competitor prices, providing valuable data for strategic price planning;
- allows retailers to respond quickly to market changes and maintain competitiveness.
Shelf Inspection Module:
- uses machine learning algorithms to optimize inventory, minimizing losses and increasing sales;
- Effectively manages the availability of products on shelves to better meet customer needs.
The transition from MVP to a full version of RozniTech is not an end point, but a stage in the development of the product. 2022: Platform Launch Plan
On the Retailix.Ai platform, services will be launched that have shown high efficiency in large federal networks, while being adapted for use by small and medium-sized retail chains in terms of cost and ease of implementation. As practice has shown, the use of some of the digital solutions ensures an increase in turnover in large networks from 4% to 6%. Softline announced this on January 19, 2022.
Skolkovo is a partner of the project and will place products of the Foundation's resident startups on the Retailix.Ai platform. Decisions will be selected on a competitive basis. The most relevant and in demand will have the opportunity to be tested by the Retailix.Ai team to adapt to platform standards with subsequent access to small and medium-sized retail chains and platform subscribers.
Prior to the launch of the initiative, we conducted interviews with many medium and small retail chains throughout Russia, and received confirmation of the demand for quickly implemented solutions for automating major operations.
