ROSEXIMBANK (part of the REC Group, ВЭБ.РФ) with the support of Diasoft (one of the Russian developers and suppliers of IT solutions for the financial sector and other sectors of the economy) successfully automated the form reporting 0409310 "Information on collateral items accepted by credit institutions as collateral for loans, "which from July 1, 2021 are required to submit to the Bank of Russia on a monthly basis all credit organizations of the Russian Federation. This was announced by Diasoft on January 27, 2022.

At the same time, ROSEXIMBANK became one of the banks that passed the form with a positive protocol from the Central Bank.

To implement the Diasoft project, it was necessary to support the form in advance reporting in the decision "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation" as part of the development platform [[Product: Diasoft_Digital_Q.Corporate 'Digital Q.Corporate (formerly Diasoft FA# Beans)]]. With the advent of support functionality Form 0409310 solution "Diasoft" provides settlement and automation bail processes.

With the introduction of the reporting form 0409310, the regulator plans to receive, systematize and store all information about any values ​ ​ of borrowers pledged by banks. According to Diasoft, the complexity of the form is largely due to the fact that banks need to build a process for collecting and storing additional information on collateral that were not previously required for accounting and reporting to the Bank of Russia.

During the implementation of the project, the team of ROSEXIMBANK and Diasoft was required determine how to organize the collection of the necessary data and structure them for inclusion in the reporting by form - in fact, building the whole process from scratch. In particular, the accounting of pledge parameters and the filling in of the directory of matches of parameters of pledge elements and fields according to the form format were introduced. Fruitful joint work of partners and the possibility of an updated solution "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation" made it possible to solve these problems.
