2022: Plan for the creation of technology for the formation of accounting and management reporting based on AI
The Department of Corporate Information Systems ALP Group (ALP-IS LLC - DKIS) will create a technology for forming accounting (RAS and IFRS) and management reporting based on artificial intelligence. ALP Group announced this on January 27, 2022.
This technology will allow the heads of projects, financial unit and top management to receive timely information on all transactions (projects, counterparties, customers, contractors, etc.) and, accordingly, to form accurate management reports as efficiently as possible. As a result, the preparation and closing time for each reporting period will be reduced to one day, and information about each operation and posting will be available to all authorized persons within the framework of the end-to-end CIS of the enterprise.
This technology will ensure the collection of primary information, analysis of its necessity and sufficiency for the correct closure of the reporting period, and the author's development Process Mining will control the correctness and compliance of those obtained data according to the already approved rules and procedures.
In the future, the capabilities of artificial intelligence will be maximally involved in this system. Its task is to predict and assess the degree of readiness of data in accounting systems for closing the period (at each stage of the regulatory process) and automatically provide reasonable recommendations to responsible persons. It is important that these forecasts, estimates and recommendations are created on the basis of a generalization of an array of information about the real state of systems and data on already closed periods. Such functionality is based on the corresponding patterns (patterns), on which real data for the current period will be superimposed.
The capabilities, security and reliability of the system will necessarily be tested on internal ALP projects, and only after that it will be included in the portfolio of management products and technologies that the company offers to its customers. In many ways, the success of this approach is due to the Process Mining methodology, which has become a kind of standard, which allows Russian enterprises to ensure continuous monitoring of business processes and their adjustment - due to a number of technologies and modules supplied by DKIS to the corporate market. It is the verified and debugged Process Mining that is a key component for the effective deployment of the intelligent rapid reporting subsystem.
Process Mining from ALP provides process analysis, the use of reference models of any business process, notification of deviations, mechanisms of dynamic analysts for each configuration, as well as the receipt of specified information slices, depending on the needs of a particular department.
The task of rapid automated preparation of complex multi-level accounting and management reporting is extremely relevant for most large and medium-sized geographically distributed Russian companies. According to the forecast of DKIS ALP, the first large-scale implementations of the created technology will take place at enterprises engaged in the field of processing and production distribution of energy resources; financial in the sector and in the global, to retail including in. countries CIS In addition, in the near future, the capabilities of this system may be in demand by enterprises that need to provide reporting in accordance with the legislation on.
