Biography

Andrzej was born in Poland, speaks fluent Russian.

He began his career in the field of venture capital and direct investment, worked in investment funds in Poland, is a consultant, business angel and a member of the Boards of Directors in several startups. He was one of the founders and top manager of one of the banking projects in Europe. He participated in various management roles in the construction of companies in the fields of finance, e-commerce, digital marketing and digital real estate in the markets of Eastern Europe and Asia.

Since 2013, he has been an expert in the digitisation of the global real estate market.

In 2021, he joined the team Avito Real estate as a member of the advisory council.
