History

2022: Raising $30 million

February 9, 2022 it became known about the investment of $30 million in Veed.io. The Series A funding round was attended by the Russian s16vc fund, created by Профи.ру co-founder Yegor Rudy, Payment Systems co-founder Anatoly Marin, Borzo co-founder Alexander Shamis, Food Party founder Mikhail Peregudov and Webinar founder Alexander Alpern. The fund's manager is Oleg Bibergan, former executive director of Goldman Sachs in Russia.

The main investor in this transaction was Sequoia. For Veed.io, this is the first attraction of third-party investments - previously the startup was financed by its own funds and the money of the founders.
