TESSA-based SED replaced the system used, CompanyMedia as a result of which the TESSA SED system implemented and significantly improved the functionality of the system, as well as migrated all documents from the system being replaced. Key processes of office management are set up in the system, including automated work of the office, coordination and processing of internal and organizational and administrative documents, powers of attorney, collegial bodies, and an automated block of contractual documents. The uniqueness and complexity of the unified SED project is determined by the dynamically changing IT landscape and organizational structure of the Bank, the implementation of six related development projects and more than 80 different sources for document migration. The total number of TESSA users is more than 20 thousand.
