2021: Implementation of "1C: Salary and Human Resources Management "

On February 15, 2022, IT company T1 Consulting announced the introduction of the Salary and Personnel Management solution, created on the basis of the software products of the domestic vendor 1C, into the IT landscape of T1 Integration for automating the processes of personnel accounting and payroll for more than 1700 employees. This allowed the business to reduce the labor costs of the personnel service by 1.5 times.

In December 2021, the IT solution was put into industrial operation. Without stopping business processes, four functional blocks were transferred to updated information systems: personnel and management accounting, payroll and regulated reporting. Thanks to this, T1 Integration was able to seamlessly switch to a unified regulatory framework with wage calculation methods that excludes manual data entry.

HR-specialists of T1 Integration were able to monitor the movement of personnel at the enterprise in a single system, as well as analyze the processes of selection, training and development of employees, creation of a personnel reserve and labor protection.

In our opinion, the domestic software product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 KORP" most accurately meets current and promising business tasks. It is important that the solution was easily integrated into the existing IT infrastructure in the T1 Group loop and became part of the IT landscape, on the basis of which you can implement other tools for the further development of HR functionality. In particular, the ability to connect the EDO has already been implemented, if necessary, you can connect the employee's personal account and the EDO mechanisms. Additional benefits for business will be regular system updates from vendor "1C" to new requirements in the legislation, "said Veronika Elikova, HR Director, T1 Integration.

T1 Consulting was chosen as the project executor. The decisive factors were the extensive experience of implementing similar projects and the presence of certified specialists in the team.
