2022: Transition to domestic software
In the Altai Territory, authorities are actively switching to Russian software. For most categories of software, the indicator of 100% has already been achieved, according to the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the region. This became known on February 21, 2022.
In particular, the category of "operating systems" is one of the most difficult in import substitution. However, there are prospects for achieving the established indicators in the next three years - from 25% in 2021 to 80% in 2024. This can be done by centralizing the purchase of automated workplaces with a pre-installed operating system and office product from the registry of domestic software.
Since 2019, more than 1.1 thousand automated workstations have been purchased with the pre-installed Astra Linux operating system and the P7-Office office product. At the end of 2021, local governments of the region were also involved in centralized purchases. For example, in early 2022, 187 automated workplaces with domestic software for working with state information systems will be transferred to them, the department said. |
To switch to the use of domestic software in the Mintsifra region, a competence center was created. The Ministry also entered into an agreement with - IT companies (LLC Acronis Infoprotection"," JSC Kaspersky Lab"," JSC ""). The P7 Office competence center analyzes and tests the Russian software, develops solutions for the use of domestic programs in executive authorities and local governments, and trains IT specialists. For example, in 2021, 100 people were trained in the basics of working with Russian software and 250 users - the basics of OS system administration.
