The management of Kristall OKB made a decision to improve the main and supporting business processes through the introduction of a single automated management system. 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 was chosen as the automation tool. The service provider was the Oxtron group of companies. The choice in favor of this contractor was made due to the successful experience of using this tool, a competent team of specialists, as well as a system approach to project management, certified in the framework of the quality management system for compliance with the ISO 9001 standard. In addition, the parties already had experience of successful cooperation in a similar area.
As of February 2022, more than 60 workplaces were automated using 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 + Document Management.
