2022: Attracting $300 000 investment

On February 21, 2022, startup FoodWorking, which develops a network of coworking centers in restaurants, announced the attraction of investments in the amount of $300,000 from a private investor.

The project FoodWorking launched in Moscow in early 2021. The concept is to create equipped coworking areas in restaurants and hotels where people can work like in coworking. But FoodWorking have one significant plus - the amount paid for renting a workplace becomes a deposit that a visitor can spend on ordering dishes from the menu of a cafe/restaurant. The amount of the deposit varies from 1000 rubles - up to 2000 rubles per person per working day, depending on the institution.

As of February 2022, visitors can rent both individual jobs, as well as meeting rooms and event rooms in 20 restaurants throughout Moscow. On the project site you can choose the right FoodWorking, book a place and make an advance payment. The restaurant manager receives booking information through specialized software, then meets the guest and escorts him to the work space, where he can stay during the working day. Since the visitor makes a deposit, he can order food and drinks during the working day. In all restaurants of the project, working spaces are equipped with a printer, Internet access, outlets and stationery.

The investments attracted by the startup will be aimed at strengthening the team, developing the application, expanding the number of points and marketing promotion of the project.
