2021: Introduction of Warehouse Management System

At the time of the start of the project in YarLI, only the acceptance of products from production to warehouse was automated with a sufficient degree of detail. Accounting to the warehouse was carried out in total amounts with the registration of facts recorded on paper.

Axelot WMS X5 was chosen as the system to be implemented. Its capabilities made it possible to completely close all the needs of the customer. As a result, the following results were obtained:

• The use of shipping documentation made it possible to organize the implementation of all operations almost without the participation of operators who control the process.
• The quality and transparency of the assembly of each order has been improved - the process of selecting warehouse items and the movement of storekeepers around the warehouse has been optimized. The minimum number of approaches for selection from different zones is ensured.
• Trust acceptance from production is implemented - goods are shipped and placed in stock directly from workshops without passing through intermediate stages.
• All key warehouse processes are automated.
• Axelot WMS X5 system integrated with CIS with. Datareon MQ Message Queuing Service
• The model of movement of the remaining "unnecessary" goods when collecting an order also helps to minimize the number of approaches.
