Due to the monitoring of the remaining shelf life and the formation of tasks for the pickers in the system in the warehouse, compliance with the FEFO principles has significantly increased. As a result of the reorganization of part of the picking processes using the system, it was possible to increase the productivity and throughput of the warehouse, which reduced personnel costs.

In the warehouse, work with barcodes according to the GS-1 standard is organized. As a result of the possibility of parsing the barcode, as well as due to the availability of information on the balances on each tray, including the number of boxes, it was possible to significantly reduce the time for conducting a routine inventory.

It is also possible to weigh and mark weight products with customer barcodes during the picking process. Marking is performed for both the product unit and for bulk packaging using automated checkout workstations.

The WMS system is integrated with the CMS using the DATAREON ESB data service bus. 20 stationary and 25 mobile workplaces are automated.
