The task of the project is to automate the work of the warehouse "from and to" and ensure that all key operations are performed in the system in order to get rid of dependence on personnel, optimize processes and make them transparent and traceable.

Before the start of the project, there was no address storage system at all in the old warehouse, the work was carried out "on paper," there was no batch accounting and shelf life control, which led to losses, since the main group of finished goods cannot be shipped from the warehouse with a shelf life of less than 70%. The decision on what and where to ship was made by the storekeepers. Such processes can hardly be called optimal.

With the introduction Axelot WMS X5 of warehouse "" Sladunitsa there have been major changes. Not only targeted storage, batch accounting and shelf life control have appeared, but also zoning and accounting of commodity neighborhood so that finished products are not stored with raw materials. Since different types of pallets are used in the warehouse, the functionality of cell sections has also been configured, which allows you to take into account the type of storage location to be placed, select the optimal location and, therefore, use the storage space efficiently. Inspection of QCD is provided for work with raw materials and finished products. With the corporate information system, the X5 system Axelot WMS was with integrated.
