Biography

Alexey Agapov was born on May 31, 1976.

In 1997 he graduated with honors from the Yaroslavl Higher Military Financial School. He served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

In 2014, he received an Executive MBA "Strategic Management and Leadership" from the Institute of Business and Business Administration of the RANEPA.

In 2020, he became a graduate of the diploma program of Skolkovo School "Digital Transformation Management/CDTO" for directors and digital transformation teams of companies.

Alexey Agapov was vice president of commercial activities in the Active CIS group of companies, deputy general director at RN-Inform LLC. He has more than ten years of managerial experience at IMS Corporation LLC.

In the period from 2018 to 2020, he was Deputy General Director for Commercial Activities of Roselectronika JSC.

He worked as the general director of VOLS-VL Management JSC (Rosseti Numa), which became the center of competence in terms of designing an automated information and measurement system for commercial accounting of electricity (AIIS KUE), as well as in the field of information technology and information security.

Alexey Agapov was appointed General Director of the National Center for Informatization (NCI, part of the United Instrument-making Corporation (IPC) of Rostec State Corporation).
