Conflict with Alexei Navalny

On the same day, Alexei Navalny commented on and expanded the content of the Vedomosti publication in his blog.[22] In response to this, on March 22, 2013, in his column on the Echo of Moscow website, the general director of Apostol Vasily Brovko denied Navalny's arguments. In particular, he pointed out that on the official Aeroflot channel on YouTube[23] at that time 52 videos were posted, which received a total of 6.7 million views. The video channel created by Apostol for the air carrier ranked seventh in the ranking of video channels of all world air carriers, ahead of the Air France, Lufthansa and Emirates accounts in popularity.[24]

The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow on May 29, 2023 sentenced each of the three former administrators of Telegram channels to eight years in a maximum security colony in the case of extortion of 470 thousand rubles from TV presenter Tina Kandelaki and her husband Vasily Brovko.
"The court decided to recognize Alexei Slobodenyuk, Yevgeny Moskvin and Vladislav Malushenko guilty under Art. 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (" Extortion ") and appoint each eight years in prison in a maximum security colony and a fine of 500 thousand rubles," the court said.
