2025: VimpelCom bought Spectrum

On April 29, 2025, it became known that VimpelCom (brand) "beeline" acquired Spectrum, a telecom solutions developer. The value of the transaction as of the specified date has not been disclosed.

According to Interfax, Maria Gorkova, who previously held the post of general director of Spectrum, acted as the seller. As part of the transaction, VimpelCom bought a majority stake in this company. The deal became part of the beeline strategy aimed at developing the telecom direction based on its own IT infrastructure. Spectrum is a long-term partner of the operator, developer and owner of the A2P platform.
