2012: Overestimate of circulation

In July, 2012 the Russky Pioner magazine which Mikhail Prokhorov's media group "publishes ZhV!", for the first time was included in the list of the editions overestimating circulations. The so-called list of "drawing liars" in which circulations of editions from January to June, 2012 are analyzed was published on the website of National drawing service.

The stated circulation of the Russky Pioner edition which Chief Editor is Andrey Kolesnikov is 50 thousand copies while actual - about 11.2 thousand copies. As the CEO of NTS Igor Yakovenko explained in the preface to the list, overestimate of circulation by 4.2 times is not such and large in comparison with other editions: so, the circulation of the Huligan magazine is overestimated by 23 times (3.2 thousand instead of 78.5), and the tabloid "Paparazzi" - in 19.6 (21.7 thousand instead of 447.5). Nevertheless, "The Russian pioneer" among all "beginners" of the list as if overestimate of circulations of Hooligan and Paparazzi corresponds to positioning of editions, then "The Russian pioneer", according to Yakovenko, has "an obvious request for a role of a tuning fork of intellectual and esthetic taste and style, for some intellectual honesty of successful people"^[1] decided to note NTS specially].
