2022: Supply of 460 recorders and 39 racks for charging
460 recorders and 39 racks for their charging were at the disposal of CPPK employees in early 2022. This was announced by CPPK on March 15, 2022.
The use of DVRs will further improve the quality of services provided. The devices will be used by cashiers-controllers in the company's corporate express services, as well as on regional routes in the Smolensk, Bryansk, Tula, Kursk, Kaluga, Ryazan regions.
Devices have improved performance over previous versions. The quality of video shooting has increased - the clarity of the image has become 15% higher, and the duration of the recorder from one charge has increased by 4 hours. As of March 2022, more than 2,000 DVRs and 169 racks for charging them are at the disposal of employees. One rack allows you to charge up to 24 devices at a time.
CPPK is continuously working to increase the level of passenger service - in 2021 an updated quality standard was approved. It covers the basic principles of work, a culture of communication, raising the educational level of employees and other parameters. All cashiers and cashiers-supervisors receive special training before starting their jobs, and then refresh and improve their knowledge every month.
When training cashiers, the company uses a VR simulator. Virtual reality glasses simulate various situations with passengers in an electric train car, which allows you to practice the acquired skills.
