On March 22, 2022, the operator of the federal electronic platform TEK-Torg announced that he had become a participant in the experiment of the Ministry of Labor of Russia on the use of electronic documents related to personnel work and switched to personnel electronic document management on the basis of the HRlink platform. The solution fully complied with the company's requirements for ease of use with the system, as well as the standards of the legal department and the information security service. Now the company's employees can work with personnel documents online from a smartphone or computer.

Given the remotely rapid growth of the staff and the geographical disparity of the team, the exchange of personnel documents on paper was time-consuming and resource-intensive: it was necessary to print documents, sign, send express by delivery and track them so that each employee received them on time, signed and returned to the personnel service. This process increased the burden on the personnel clerk and in the future required an increase in the staff. 

One of the priorities for the development of TEK-Torg is the automation  and digitalization of all business processes, including not only key (procurement) procedures, but also routine operations within the company. In order to reduce the load and increase the efficiency of the HR unit, it was decided to transfer personnel records to an electronic format.
