2022: Automate service and customer service business processes

On March 31, 2022, Napoleon IT announced the automation of the business processes of service and customer service of the Expert Leasing leasing company and the development of a mobile application.

According to the company, in order to speed up the processing of customer requests and optimize customer interaction with the company and its products, Expert Leasing decided to digitalize part of its areas of activity. Before cooperation, the company used only 1C and customers to obtain information, documents on leasing agreements had to be contacted by managers.

The Napoleon IT team developed a web version of the personal account and a mobile application in 5 months that interact with the company's internal services. To do this, a preliminary analysis of the solutions of competitors and practices was carried out, on the basis of which the mechanics and business logic of solutions in the Russian and foreign markets were identified. The target audience of the product was also analyzed to determine the further vector of product functionality development.

In the mobile version of the personal account, the Expert Leasing client can calculate the cost of leasing in the calculator is registered in the LC, then he can enter the mobile application using the same login and password.

Vue3, Python, Kotlin and Swift were used in the development. The complexity of the development was in interaction with the external 1C service, from which it was necessary to upload data and integrate it into a personal account. In the future, functionality will expand. Expert Leasing customers will be able to issue leasing applications through their personal account in the application. To do this, the Bitrix system will be added to build a seamless process for concluding an online transaction, where managers will be attracted minimally, checking data at all stages.
