AlfaStrakhovanie has connected the Nopaper mobile document management service to optimize the exchange of documents with insurance agents. This was announced on April 5, 2022 by SafeTech. Thanks to the service, the company will be able to remotely and more quickly issue a mobile electronic signature to agents. Agents - individual entrepreneurs, individuals and legal entities - will be able to quickly conclude transactions, sign documents under an agency contract and exchange them in electronic format directly from a smartphone. All documents in the system will be legally significant.
The Nopaper service was developed by Abanking and SafeTech. It integrates via API with internal systems that generate documents. And the built-in mobile signature meets all information security requirements for monitoring the integrity and authorship of signed documents. Now agents do not need to install special software and carry laptops with them to sign documents. They may report to the insurance company from home, co-working space or any other location.
Optimization of document flow remains one of the most important tasks of AlfaStrakhovanie. It was important not only to digitize documents, but also to maintain the legal significance of such documents, increase the mobility of agents and reduce costs.
