• Detection of the set software and preparation of the corresponding reporting.  The system of inventory applied in the companies should provide exact data on the name, the version of software and also statistics of its use. The possibility of grouping of programs of one name, but different versions should be provided in the report (if the purchased licenses allow to use software of the previous versions).
• Maintaining documentation.  It is necessary to keep accurate accounting of the purchased licenses (non-exclusive rights) and terms of their action, to store proofs of right to use of software according to the existing Russian legislation. The separate direction is expert accounting and the analysis of terms of use of the purchased software.
•   Development and observance  of policy and regulations.  It is necessary to develop and support in current status the set of rules and the regulations regulating acquisition and use of software in the company. This list can include, for example: rules of use by employees of IT devices (PC, notebooks, tablets and smartphones); order of acquisition, receiving and software installation; to the politician of copyright compliance; policy of usage of the Internet and other means of communication; order of removal of the unlicensed software; measures for data loss prevention; order of remote work (telecommuting); policy of usage of mobile carriers; order of approval and notification of employees on new politicians.

Despite the general, let small, but after all market falling, Telecom-Guard company showed impressive results: turnover of the company for the first half of the year 2010 exceeded its turnover for all 2009.

2009

According to analysis department of the CNews magazine the Telecom-Guard company took the 18th place among thirty largest IT consultants of Russia for 2009, 6 - for the first half of the year 2010, 2 - among fast-growing IT consultants and entered into thirty of the largest service providers of IT support.

History

2016:

In 2016 Andrey Tsybin described CNews the reason of resignation of Alexander Vitozhents as his conflict with shareholders who remained are dissatisfied with some aspects of financial performance of 2015. According to the USRLE, at the moment in addition to Vitozhents with a 15 percent share in the company Mikhail Zhukov (a share in 55%), Leonid Raykov (10%), Igor Kamensky (10%) and Efim Fayfman (10%) are registered as like those. Vitozhenets says that it is especially nominal figures. As real beneficiaries, on his assurance, the famous IT entrepreneurs Anton Sushkevich and Dmitry Taraba standing behind Zhukov act — the former founders of NVision company^[1].

According to CNews, the Board of Directors of Telecom protection also includes Larisa Bolotova and Glotov Alexey — the cofounder of NVision Group joint-stock company.

From communication with the former representatives of top management of Telecom protection and her acting director it was possible to conclude that the new command of the company in fair degree changed business approaches of the organization. In particular, she declares now a course towards import substitution (for example, advances DBMS PostgreSQL which develops the Postgres Professional company, for 20% belonging to Sushkevich and Taraba), selects the partners on a tender basis and uses the new system of awarding of employees.

2011: Communication with NVision Group

According to TAdviser (for 2011), one of shareholders of NVision Group owns 100% of stocks of Telecom-Guard company. It is reserve airfield in case the transaction on sale of NVision to Rostelecom after all will take place. As of 2013 official representatives of Telecom-Guard company deny any communication with NVision Group.

NVision Group works at the market of system integration. Let's remind, for $50 million with the right further to bring the share to 100% Rostelecom agreed about acquisition of 25% of the company still a year ago.

That one of owners of NVision possesses Telecom-Guard is indicated by both indirect evidence, and market participants. NVision and Telecom-Guard companies work at the adjacent markets, the statuses of partners of Cisco were taken away from both recently. Both are located in one business center at the address Moscow, Dubininskaya St., 53, building 5.

At the NVision Group management company registered in November, 2009, five shareholders:Alexey Glotov (10%),Anatoly Goncharov (1%),Olga Perekatenkova (28.75%),Anton Sushkevich (president of NVision Group, 38%), Dmitry Taraba (chairman of the board of directors of NVision Group, 22.25%).

Telecom Protection according to SPARK as of January 1, 2011 has three owners of the citizen of Russia who possess in total 100% of stocks of the company. In the register of the USRLE refining: the authorized capital of the company is 5 million rubles. Them them 750 thousand rubles –Leonid Lyubomirovich Raykov's deposit, the most part in the amount of 3.5 million rubles –Mikhail Sergeyevich Zhukov and 750 more thousand rubles –Alexander Genrkhovich Vitozhents who at the moment is the CEO of the company.

Let's remind that Alexander Vitozhents before headed Telecom-Guard, held a position of the deputy CEO of Verysell projects. What relation to the IT industry two other persons have it is not known: the information about them in open sources is not available.

Mikhail Krasnov, the head of Verysell, confirmed to TAdviser that Telecom-Guard belongs for 100% to the shareholder of NVision, however, noted that the surname is not known to it. According to him, the fact that Telecom-Guard practically "affiliated enterprise" of Evnizhn Group is "widely known status of the company in the market", including to suppliers.

As for formal owners, their existence was explained by Mikhail Grigorov, IDG. "In the history with owners of these companies everything is very difficult", - he told. "They changed several times and who actually owns Telecom Protection, nobody will tell now. Anyway, the company has rated owners and who the real beneficiary - it is not known", - he added.

One of the most probable versions of presence at the investor of two assets in the form of a share of NVision and Telecom Protection which is stated by market participants is the expected transaction on sale of a share in NVision to Rostelecom. According to Mikhail Krasnov, this version "has under itself the reasons", but only they can comment on real motives of shareholders.

The NVision company does not confirm connection with business of Telecom Protection, and the head of the company Anton Sushkevich refused to give comments of TAdviser.
