2022: Automating Batch Product and Service Management
Ak Bars Bank and Diasoft have completed a project to automate the management of package products and services of the bank (hereinafter - Boxes). During the project, Ak Bars Bank introduced a solution for flexible configuration of Boxes for bank customers, as well as automation of record keeping under agreements for Boxes. This was announced by Diasoft on May 19, 2022.
The "Product Factory" solution from Diasoft provides centralized management of the Boxes: creation or change of the list of products and services, adjustment of the conditions of the tariffs, parameters of the Boxes availability for different categories of customers, algorithms for calculating commissions.
The Grocery Factory is part of the Digital Q.Omnichannel. The microservice architecture of the solution and the technological stack provide fault tolerance, flexible scaling, and the ability to quickly and autonomously update individual services of the solution. The architecture of the "Product Factory" allows you to quickly carry out the development of functionality as the needs of the bank grow.
To increase customer loyalty and attract new ones, we have developed a management and accounting system for various categories of customers - individuals and legal entities. We managed to launch the Boxes as soon as possible due to the fact that the decision is a synergy between the bank's own development and the Diasoft software product. Thanks to this synergy, the bank effectively performs business tasks related to the development of Boxes: quickly brings new offers to the market, flexibly adapts to the needs of all customers and manages tariffs for Boxes, said Merab Gogichaty, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Ak Bars Bank.

A large-scale project to automate the control of Boxes - from pilot research and development to commissioning - was implemented in less than three months. Box offers of Ak Bars Bank for different segments of the client base take into account the needs of each segment, thereby increasing the financial activity of the client in the bank and its profitability.
