Kazanorgsintez has automated the system for controlling the access of vehicles to the territory of the enterprise. The modernization was carried out by the Etton group of companies, which was announced by the latter on May 31, 2022.

To ensure the access of vehicles to the territory of the enterprise, the intelligent system processes the license plates of cars recognized using special video surveillance cameras within a few seconds and transmits the command to the barrier. The main condition for the passage of the car is the presence of a license plate in the database. No paper passes are required anymore.

The modernization of the checkpoint system made it possible to increase its throughput, which is especially important during peak hours. It is also important to solve such a strategic task as strengthening the security of the external perimeter and recording working time, because now data on vehicles entering the territory automatically enter the system and are stored there, "said Rostislav Sarkisov, Security Director of Kazanorgsintez PJSC.

Introduction of an intellectual system allowed to automate work of gate control of the enterprise. An important quality of automation of access control in the uninterrupted operation of the system - it does not take breaks, works in any weather conditions. Operation of the system in winter has already shown its high performance in severe subzero temperatures, at night and in heavy snowfall, and the system successfully reads both contaminated license plates and license plates of moving cars.
