2022: Presentation of the Aircraft Plus service

On May 31, 2022, the Samolet group announced the launch of a real estate fijital service.

"Airplane Plus" is a synergy of the online platform and service offices throughout Russia. All services for buying, selling, renting real estate throughout Russia, as well as various additional services from relocation assistance and furnishing to insurance services will be collected on one digital platform. Since the beginning of April 2022, 12 Airplane Plus offices have already been opened, and on June 1, the beta version of the digital platform started.

The platform can be used both independently and with the help of professionals in offices that will open in settlements with a population of 5 thousand people. In the coming years, it is planned to open about 3 thousand Airplane Plus offices. All actions on the platform will be carried out through the personal account of the user or agent.

The service has become a full-fledged professional and fintech project in fijital format created by the developer. In 2022 alone, the audience of the platform can reach 3 million users, and the total amount of transactions through the platform is 0.5 trillion rubles. Until 2025, Airplane Plus plans to occupy at least 20% of the share of the real estate and agency services market of the Russian Federation.

In the future, the platform will be filled with three blocks of services: operations with residential and commercial real estate and related services (mortgage, valuation, insurance); services at the stage of waiting for a new apartment (trade-in with accommodation, car by subscription, refinancing, design project, furnishing and repair); services for life - travel, medical services and others.

The service will make it possible to select, compare and receive financial services to the same extent as the real estate objects themselves. On the site it will be possible to compare mortgage programs, choose the best and get approval, order insurance services. "Aircraft Plus" will allow you to collect an individual package of services and include them in the DDU. Thus, in a number of positions, "Airplane Plus" will make it possible to make customers the most profitable offer on the market. With regular use of the platform, the client will be able to take advantage of loyalty programs.

At the first stage of launch on "Airplane Plus" you can choose an apartment for purchase in a new building or in the secondary market, at least 10 types of services will be available to users. On the platform for May 2022, more than 100 thousand apartments and other types of real estate are presented: projects of the Airplane group, regional new buildings and secondary housing. The geography covers more than 90 cities of Russia and is based on the company's proposal and the basis of the largest real estate agency Perspektiva 24.
