It also says that the published information contains data for the period from February 2021 to April 2022. Samolet itself and Roskomnadzor by January 16, 2023 did not comment on the leak of information.

The leakage of these counterparties and Samolet employees became known against the background of a large-scale digital transformation carried out by the group. One of the programs is called eDevelopment Tech - this is the digitalization of channels of interaction with the company's clients. The goal of the development of digital services in the sales segment will be to create an infrastructure for the ability to carry out an online transaction around the clock from anywhere in the world in just 30 minutes. God Nisanov bought 10% of shares from the founders of the company

In September 2021, a new shareholder appeared in the development Samolet Group, which is being built mainly in the Moscow region. The owner of 10% of the developer's shares was the structures of one of the founders of Kievskaya Square, God Nisanov, who owns in Moscow, in particular, the Evropeyskiy shopping center, the Ukraine hotel, and the Food City market. The estimated value of this package reaches 25 billion rubles. For a billionaire, partnering with Samolet will be almost the first business in the mass housing segment.

The fact that the structures of the co-owner of Kievskaya Ploshchad God Nisanov became the owners of almost 10% of the Samolet, the parties said in an official statement. It also indicates that "the participation of'Kievskaya Square' in the capital of 'Airplane' is a huge strategic step forward, new broad prospects in the implementation of commercial real estate projects." Samolet reported that the structures of Kievskaya Square paid for the purchase of shares from their own funds.

The Samolet at the close of trading on the Moscow Exchange on September 8 amounted to 251 billion rubles. Thus, the package received by the mister Nisanov can be estimated[5]

The main shareholders of Samolet Group of Companies are the brother of deputy Moscow regional Dumas Dmitry Golubkov Pavel Golubkov (owns more than 45% of the shares) and Maxim Kenin (about 35%) - a long-time business partner of Maxim Vorobyov, brother of the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov. Kievskaya Ploshchad traditionally specializes in commercial real estate, and cooperation with Samolet may become the first project in the mass housing segment for the co-owner of the God Nisanov group. "During the crisis, housing construction, unlike commercial real estate, showed significant growth thanks to the preferential mortgage program," comments Irina Dobrokhotova, chairman of the board of directors of Best Novostroy. According to her, the average cost of housing in new buildings in the Moscow region, where Samolet is mainly building, at the end of August 2021 reached 156 thousand rubles. for 1 sq. m against 128 thousand rubles. for 1 sq. m at the beginning of 2021.

"Samolet specializes in the development of large sites, where, in addition to housing, it is necessary to build commercial real estate, but in this segment the company does not have much experience, says senior analyst at Gazprombank Marat Ibragimov. He does not exclude that partnership with the structures of "Kievskaya Square" will allow "Samolet to increase expertise in this segment.
