2023: Plane buys stake in Dombook

Developer Samolet bought a stake in the aggregator of new buildings Dombook. This was announced on July 20, 2023. The company did not disclose the financial and other terms of the agreement.

As part of this deal, cooperation between the Airplane Plus service and Dombook will be organized. The result of this partnership should be a digital platform for developers, realtors and buyers, on which in the future it is planned to conduct every fourth transaction in the primary real estate market.

The collaboration with Samolet Plus meets our strategy for developing the best digital services for professional players in the real estate market, "said Irina Dobrokhotova, managing partner of Dombook, founder of BEST-Novostroy.

According to her, the share of interregional transactions is growing in the industry, in some regions it reaches 50%. Brokers will be able to provide their clients with the purchase of real estate throughout Russia, Dobrokhotova added.

The press release says that the number of users of the Dombook platform with access to the Airplane Plus audience will grow more than twice at a time. Partners "Airplane Plus" will have access to a detailed interactive map in the regions of Dombook's presence with an exposition of all new buildings and commission remuneration from more than 300 developers, an expanded filter format, including non-standard criteria, up to the selection of materials for LCD facades, and customer support in 24/7 mode.

Users of the Dombook platform, in turn, will be able to offer their clients new buildings and financial products from the Airplane group, apartment repair and arrangement services and a wide base of secondary real estate from Airplane Plus, as well as training programs and all community activities.^[1]
