2023: Samolet Group bought Megapolis Service

On October 13, 2023, the Samolet group announced the purchase of the Megapolis Service real estate agency. The deal is closed, its value is not disclosed.

As RIA Real Estate was told in the Samolet group, 130 agency offices in 70 cities of Russia entered the deal perimeter. After joining Megapolis Service, the Airplane Plus network exceeded 1,000 open offices, and coverage for cities with a population of more than 500 thousand people reached 100%, more than 300 thousand people - 98%. It is noted that by mid-October 2023, the process of integrating the existing Megapolis Service offices into the Airplane Plus system begins, the agency's staff is planned to be preserved.

The publication notes that for "Airplane" is not the first purchase of a real estate agency. Earlier, the development group acquired the companies Zoltor and Perspektiva 24 to enter the secondary housing market. Zoltor is considered the third largest network of real estate agencies on the Russian market. It is expected that due to the integration of Zoltor into Airplane Plus, the number of agents of the combined company will increase to 10 thousand by the end of 2023, and the number of transactions - by more than 60%.

By the beginning of 2023, the external valuation of the group's assets reached 761 billion, rubles including a land bank of 45.9 million square meters. m of sold area and a brand worth 40.2 billion rubles.^[1]
