All new offices of Airplane Plus will have access to the technological base both for their projects and for projects of other developers and secondary real estate, says Dmitry Volkov, managing partner of the company. In his opinion, this deal will contribute to further market consolidation. This is not the first time a developer has absorbed real estate agencies.[1]
