2025: "Samolet bought "Client Service "
In mid-January 2025, it became known that the Samolet group of companies acquired a 75.7% stake in the Client Service company (until December 20, 2024 - Domiland LLC).
According to RBC, the acquired asset will be used to develop a new project of the developer "Digital UK," which will combine a complex of services for residents of apartment buildings, including household and additional services.
At the time of the acquisition, the remaining shares in Client Service were distributed among the founders of the company: 14% belongs to Daria Voronova and 10.23% to Kirill Voronov. After the transaction, the company plans to expand the range of services provided and strengthen its position in the digital real estate solutions market.
Managing Director for IT and Digital Transformation at DOM.RFNikolai Kozak considers the acquisition of a stake in Client Service by the Samolet Group to be a logical step in business development. In 2024, the company commissioned more than 1.3 million square meters. m of real estate, which makes the development of its own service more profitable than the purchase of services from third-party organizations.
Mikhail Bocharov, head of the committee of the Association of Software Developers "Domestic Software" for information modeling of urban planning activities, notes that the acquisition of PropTech solutions will allow Samolet to optimize development processes, create new business models and expand the company's ecosystem.
According to him, the PropTech market looks immature by 2025 - such applications do not yet know how to seamlessly exchange data with digital counterparts of residential buildings.
Until the situation changes, PropTech products will remain a common function close to analog, since the digitalization of construction, according to the president's instructions, implies predictive analytics based on the collected data on the repair and maintenance of adjacent territories. This means that each device on public areas of houses must have a unique identifier, and breakdown and replacement, cleaning of territories and premises will be automatically recorded.
