2022: Implementation of a BPM system based on the Naumen SMP platform

On June 2, 2022, Naumen announced that Sovcombank Factoring had implemented a BPM system based on the Naumen SMP platform to optimize customer experience. The solution made it possible to automate the factoring process, which includes communication with the client, analyzing and structuring the transaction, establishing a risk limit and tariff parameters, signing contractual documentation and forming an electronic client dossier. Over the past year and a half since the beginning of the project, more than 10 thousand applications of counterparties have been carried out through the Naumen SMP system, having processed about 300 thousand documents for this.

With the introduction of Naumen SMP, the entire process of placing customers on factoring services moved to one system. Factoring employees Sovcombank received a convenient tool for accounting data about applicants and related counterparties, approving limits, approving, signing and registering contract and notification documentation.

The project made it possible to multiply speed up the process of checking counterparties: the procedure began to take two days instead of four and a half. New applications for the analysis of the transaction are now distributed automatically among employees, taking into account the professional qualifications and workload of the latter. Prior to the implementation of the system, heads of departments participating in the process of withdrawing customers for financing personally set tasks for subordinates to process received requests.

The speed of service was positively influenced by the automation of the data collection procedure - information about counterparties is automatically loaded into a special form from various sources. Previously, employees had to search for data in disparate databases and manually enter it into table files.

The introduction of the Naumen SMP platform allowed us to create a unified system for managing factoring processes, put counterparty data in order, and streamline the limit system that covers the growing needs of customers. Due to the automation of the main processes, a high speed of factoring operations management is ensured, interaction with clients has become convenient, the possibility of factoring and tariff committees both in person and in remote voting format has been implemented, - said Oleg Sannikov, Director of the Operational Transformation Department of Sovcombank Factoring.

Together with the Naumen SMP solution, the company received additional functionality - delineation of employee access rights to customer information. Open and closed data fields were added to the counterparty trustworthiness report form, as a result of which only a certain part of the staff is available for closed information. Prior to the implementation of the system, each employee of the factoring company saw complete information about decisions on counterparty applications.
