Release of the module of creation of dashboards
On October 16, 2020 the NAUMEN company announced release of the module of creation of dashboards for the Naumen Service Management Platform platform (Naumen SMP) which is intended for automation service and business processes. The module of the platform provides to users the instrument of data visualization and creation of the evident reporting in real time.
According to the company, the module of the Naumen dashboards is the designer of dashbord allowing to visualize data, to create and configure interactive reports, to monitor key indicators, trends and interrelations. The solution is designed so that to provide simple and evident access to key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics which the companies can use for optimization of services, improvement of processes and compliance to business objectives. Besides, close integration with the main business process constructed based on the Naumen Service Management Platform platform allows to create diagrams, for example, according to requests or clients, and in one click to pass (drill-down) into the list of the objects participating in creation, to browse and interact with them.
For creation of dashbord all data which are stored in Naumen SMP, including, received from external systems by means of imports and integration can be used.
The analytics is inseparable from daily work and should be provided in the same context, as business process. Only this way all participants of process: both ordinary, and controlling, will be able to make the decisions based on the objective information. 2019
Naumen SMP is added in the spring of 2019 to the Unified register of software according to the order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of February 22, 2019. Thus, today in the unified register of the Russian software – 11 products Naumen, the domestic developer of software solutions for business and public sector.
Regulations of the legislation of the Russian Federation on use of the Russian software and prohibition on purchases of foreign software in the presence in the register of domestic analogs work since January 1, 2016.
Naumen SMP is the cornerstone of Google Web Toolkit (GWT). The framework of GWT is necessary for creation and optimization of difficult high performance applications and web applications.
Based on the Naumen SMP platform the set of products among which there are also leading solutions in the classes is created: products Naumen Service Desk and Naumen ITAM for control automation IT infrastructure in large and medium-sized companies and a public sector; the cloud marketplace under a brand ITSM 365 directed to a SMB segment and offering SaaS- service for automation of all types of support (internal support, support of external clients, automation of service companies).
